Ruby is an alumna of the University of Texas at Dallas and the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Early in her career, she served as a Prosecutor for the City of Dallas and worked as a Civil Litigation Attorney.

Currently, Ruby is an Executive Recruiter at Boutique Recruiting, where she specializes in connecting top executive and legal talent with clients. Over the past two decades, she has successfully recruited and placed Attorneys and Paralegals for both global and domestic law firms and corporations. Ruby is passionate about talent acquisition, business development, DEAI (Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion), and strategic recruitment. She has a proven ability to create and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with clients’ goals, as well as their diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ruby has been instrumental in fostering inclusive work environments, optimizing recruitment processes, and using data to shape talent acquisition strategies.

A Houston native, Ruby now resides in North Dallas, where she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, son, and rescue dog. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, biking, painting, playing tennis and soccer, gardening, and visiting family and friends.
