Kari started her career in the hospitality industry and quickly developed a reputation for building legendary teams. After several years of training leadership around staffing and leading teams on hiring initiatives, she finally made the jump into the recruiting world and never looked back.

She is passionate about connecting top-tier candidates with leading companies. She finds joy in building strong relationships with her candidates, helping them feel prepared and confident before they interview, and making sure their offer experience is easy and relaxed.

When Kari is out of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her little guy, traveling to find some sunshine, and watching sports. She is a huge women’s basketball fan – go Fever! Kari is super excited to be a part of the Boutique Recruiting team!
