Jeff was born in New Orleans and raised in Germany. After attending the University of Washington for Computer Engineering, he realized that he was looking for more of a people-focused profession. After eight years of building sales and service teams in an industrial setting, he was introduced to the staffing industry and hasn’t looked back since.

With over 12 years of full-cycle staffing experience in placing admin, accounting, HR and legal candidates, he finds immense satisfaction in connecting great candidates with awesome clients — it’s the ultimate win-win-win situation. Jeff has built notable and long-lasting relationships all throughout Southern California. He is thrilled to be a part of Boutique Recruiting and our well-known reputation both internally and externally.

Jeff leads a team of legal recruiters who support clients across the United States.

Outside of spending time with his family of five, Jeff thoroughly enjoys cooking, woodworking, and zentangling (glorified doodling). Jeff is competitive and fun-natured. His sense of humor keeps everyone around him laughing.
