Dylan was born and raised in Ventura County and moved to Los Angeles a little over two years ago. Dylan graduated California State University – Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law.

After working in a couple fast-paced sales environments straight out of college, he has since focused primarily on recruiting and staffing. He has a passion for connecting any individual in need with the right opportunities regardless of industry. He’s an extremely dedicated worker who really cares about how he can impact the world and takes great pride in seeing every task through to the end.

In his time off, Dylan really enjoys exploring flea markets with his puppy, Cowboy, in search of vintage clothing and furniture. He also has a great love for music and spends a lot of time attending different live music events as well as scouring vinyl record shops for all types of classic albums.
